Practice of buying and selling the financial instrument within the same day is called intraday trading......
Intra day settlement means you buy/sell a security & on the same day later on u reverse the transaction is called Intra day Trading.
Benifit of it is You need not take/ deliver the securities where T+2 & T+1 comes in to picture.
