what is importance of CA final?
what is difference between CA final and CA fresher? Why companies doesn't consider ca final student as right candidate? why degree is more important than person's capabilities?

CA final gives on a indepth knowledge of Accounting,auditing and taxation.
Passing CA final is surely abt managing failures in life,its a greater lesson in life than any technical knowledge.
But it doesn't mean who has attmepted CA final and failed with margin or a bit more marks has less knowledge than one who has passed .its industry's norm to see a Certification,cant help..
A few hundred years back people never studied for degrees,they studied for knowledge.This why knowledge is corrupted today ,we find people with degrees but no knowledge.
I am little skeptical abt CA because it makes one a jack of all subjects ,and hinders one from specializing in one.
Like CFA is for finance,CMA(usa) is for costing...
The times we are living are times of specialization.
Lastly CA is unique for Indian regulations.Indian taxation .
If one wants to practice in india,live an independent life ,CA is welcome course.
