what is a treatment of HRR for a person who is in the receipt of income from salary ?

Question is not clear.

It may be typing mistake of hra.

If yes then deduction is allowed.

Read section 10(13a) and section 80gg

HRR right hai government sarvent ki salary se deduction hota hai
