I am planning to buy a property under Pradhan Mantri Awaz Yojna. Can you please let me know for such property, what is the GST percentage applicable?

In my opinion this is exempt so there is no tax.

As per Notification 1/2018 CT (r)
The concessional rate of GST of 12% (effective rate of 8% after deducting the cost of land) will apply in the housing sector.
Hence its 8% GST .
