What is due date of ITR?

I am an individual having income of brokerage and i am also a partner in a firm so whick itr should i prefer and when is due date for Ass 2017-18

The due date for filimg ITR was extended to 31st Aug and since you've both brokerage and partnership firm income, ITR 3 should be suitable for you.

Pranjali mam but the audit report is not yet audited (firm) so my ITR due date will be 30-9-2018 ????????
If Your Firm or You under Tax Audit then You can file on or before 30th September 18...

If both is not under Tax Audit then date is expired on 31st August 18...

Yes... You can avail the date of 30th September 18 if Your firm is under Tax Audit...

3oth September 2018, or if any extention......

ass 2017-18? is it a.y 2017-18 or f.y. 2017-18? if your query is for a.y. 2017-18, then ITR cannot be filed as time limit had expired on 31/03/2018
