Yes..GST payment needs to be done at the time of filing of Form 3B. Hence due date of Form 3B becomes due date of payment of GST. You will not be able to file Form 3B without making GST payment.
Yes , when it is being Set-off & 3B filed , but day of 180 will counted from the date Invoice
