1)Suppose if cant complete in 3 years , is there is any maximum time period?
2) Once If I join at any firm, do I have to complete at the same place, cant I continue the articles in another firm ? if so Is the previous experience is valid ?

YA U HAVE 2 DO ARTICLESHIP FOR 3 YRS.. BUT 4 CPT STUDENTS I THINK IT WAS FOR 3.6 YEARS.
UNDER IPCC IT MIGHT HV CHANGED.
U CAN TAKE TRANSFER.. UR PREVIOUS ARTICLESHIP WUD B COUNTED IN THIS PERIOD..

Students pursuing the course of C.A has to undergo the articleship .
For students who has cleared the CA PE II has to undergo the articleship period of 3 Years.
For students who have cleared the CPT exams Have to undergo The articleship period of 3.6 years.
Under the new system of IPCC , the articleship period again would be 3.6 years.

you can take transfer after satisfying some conditions....
like in case of transfer from one city to another or for persuing industrial training etc.....
