just like in aug31; first they told 2pm.then 4pm.6pm.830 and at 10 at night they said next morning.What if this happens tomorrow also. plus they haven't fixed the timing of result as well.
This could happen if they haven't finished their sinister design og decreasing marks of costing or taxation.
