do either of two things,
1. submit form 112 for CS or m.com.
OR
2. Be quit with out filling form and don't declare such degree at places visible to icai.

If u r doing MCom prvt den it wont b any prob.. As me also doing prev year as private n will do final yr regular.
Secondly for CS fill 112 form coz aftrwrds its bcome risky to show CA n CS together..
Many of my frnds here r doing CS without informing ICAI bt fear is der in their mind.
ICAI is also very strict towards its rules n regulations.

See. Some of my friends are doing ICWA & CS parallely with CA. Very few have submitted Form 112 & that too for declaring only one course

Its Advisable to submit Form No 112 as earlier as possible.

yar ritesh i submitted form 112 for pursuing mba correspondence alongwith letter from my CA in 2007,but afterwards no reply came to me that ur allowed to do that course or not.
They didn't sent any letter. Now my mba is complete.
I think it's useless to to submit 112 form.
