You can show different rate items in one invoice but you have to mention tax rate & amount separately for all goods in invoice.
in gstr u can put invoice there is no one row...in offline tools..the gstr no and invice amount will be same..in row wise as u sale in different tax percentage in one invoice..there is no issue u can do it
