What Corporates expect from CA ?

Hi,

I think the following are the points which Corporates look for in a prospective candidate who is a CA:

• More than theoretical knowledge, how aptly the candidate is able to apply that knowledge to practical situations is important
• Whether he is abreast of the recent amendments in the law?
• His decisionmaking capability.
• His man management capability.
• And of course a pleasant personality with good communication skills.

and from where can i understand job profile of company

most important how to prepare for written test, group discussion to b held by co.?
