you take gst input treat dealer as a unregistered dealer and deposit reverse charge on it and take input tax credit
E commerce operators is registered and i have pay 18% tax and you mean for take credit again 18% tax pay under rcm
sorry I have mistake wrong answer for you ye kisi or ke liye reply ta
hey bro listen carefully gst no is required to take credit on your computer and you do not take gst no so you have only one choice total amount including gst Assets show in balance sheet and take depreciation also on input tax
Sir aap meri query samaj nhi paaye mere pass gst no. h or mene e commerce operator through computer purchase kiya tha jiske bill m mera gst no mention nhi tha or 18% tax pay kiya h kya m return m input le sakta hu.
bhai to apne question me type karte na ki kudka gst no. muje laga seller ka suno tum gst input le sakte hai b2c purchase hai
my advice you take credit but you consult also other persons
if your gst no is not mentioned in invoice and supplier has taken it into b2c then u can not avail itc. U have to tell the supplier to provide tax invoice with your GST No then only u can Avail ITC
jis nature ka apka business h usi ka aap ITC le skte ho
otherwise consider the amount of GST as your cost and avail depre. on the said amt no other way seem
