what can CA intitue maximum do.. if we dont fill form 112

 They have power to make the articleship training served as invalid / void abintio. That means even after serving 3 yrs. It will not be considered or take into account

but what if we pass ca finall exams......  abd after that they ome to know that we have done more course

 There is always a risk in not following regulation!.  but If you are in Dummy Articles you are in Serious trouble, If the institute peep into this matter  but if you are in active articles. you can prove yourself that you did not attend any class/study during training hours  and so the institute wont take any action on you

i am an active article..... but what if you go into your office and surf the net whole day.. as there is no work.....

and also

can institute delay or stop us from reciveing the degree.........if we donot fill form 112 and pass ca final exams

I am an PE II student cleared grp no 1 & also student of CS executive going to appear for both grp this nov. does I need to give form 112.

As I am student of PE II I can't start my articles if I dont pass my PE II, In this case I can appear for CS executive.

i think we can do anything before and after completion of articleship............ but not in between of articleship... for that we need to fill forn 112

yes mohit last one is right but

during articleship u hav to follow the regulations of ICAI if u want to get membership after passing CA final (if it happens) ICAI will certify degrees for other courses at the time of filling membership application form

I want to ask, i m doing Bcom H from correspondance with CA. so i hav 2 fill form 112 or not...its is required for correspondance student to fill 112 form....

only benefit available to you is that u wud not needed certificate from the college or university while sending form 112 to ICAI

 i hv one problem .....rather i'm in state of dilemma.......ihad taken admission in BCOM after taking termination from articleship of 3 months .now i'hv converted to IPCC.i want to know  whether after passing IPCC  and again joining articleship ,would i be able to show my BCOM degree in Form 103.(my bcom will be completed before i start  with articleship again),,,,,,,,,,,,PLEASE HELP ME OUT.........PLEASE!!!!!

yes u can show ur degree as u have not done bcom during the articleship therefore no form 112 requirement

I am a Student of PCC and eligible to appear in May-2010 PCC Exam. I have gone through the recent notification for submission of Form-112. Presently, I am doing correspondence B.Com. Course of IGNOU, which has been tied up with ICAI. I want to join CS Foundation Course. Can I join now and intimate the ICAI for permission before 31.12.2009 by filing Form-112.

yes ofcourse only permission is sought in ur case of CS which is correspondence n hence no problem u can submit any time but before 31.12.09

There's no problem in that. How will ICAI know. Plus they are always dirty. Lemme tell you a real story of a boy under a powerful ICAI member. Poor chap was doing bcom under ignou-icai and he submitted form 112 in October 2008. He didn't get any letter from icai even till APril 2009. He had to ask his principal for help. He wrnt to mumbai for a ICAI function; and within one day got the bloke's form 112 papers.

Now just think. If that bloke had to wait this much; hamarey pass toh koi powerful CA bhi nahi hain
