Respected Sir/Madam,
when we had bought a property some years back, the builder had taken separate amount for light and water.
can we consider that amount in cost of aquisition of this property ?
Please guide me.

Hello..
Cost of aqcuisition of the property shall include all the cost incurred in making the sale/tranfser. The additional charges paid for water and electricity if are towards the connection for the property, they can be a part of your cost as well.
