The National Testing Agency conducts the University Grants Commissions National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) exam twice a year to determine the eligibility of candidates for the posts of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in the Indian Govt. Universities and Colleges. NTA has released the notification for December 2020 cycle (May 2021) on February 2, 2021.
Many of the eligible and interested candidates have applied for this test from February 2, 2021 to March 9, 2021 on the official website. According to the official notification, the UGC NET exam dates for December 2020 cycle was May 2,3, 4,5,6,7,10,11,12, 14 and 17, 2021. However, the exam got postponed till further notice due to the current pandemic situation. Candidates are advised to check the UGC NET 2021.
