I don't have Aaadhar no./UID and will not enrol thereby succumb to pressure from GOI until it's finally decided in Supreme Court. For that matter, currently, I cannot e-file or file return offline as it has been made mandatory even when it is sub-judice.
In that context, what are the consequences for non-filing of ITR for FY 16-17 ?
My income is 2.51 lacs. No TDS to claim. Tax is Rs. 11 and after rebate u/s 87A, it is 0.
