What all documents of witnesses to moa are needed?

You have to mention the occupation of witness. It is a must.

We should not use such type of words like "hell" .The authorities are discharging their duties. especially in your case you have not submitted documents properly. Take experts opinion before uplaoding e-forms. the department will approve  the application if attachments are proper.

You may have to take your senior's guidence before filing the forms.

 

 

Dear sir, the word 'hell' is only meant to express my frustration. This is the 6th time my MOA has been rejected. If there are 7 defects, all can be conveyed by ROC when they rejected the 1st time. It is not necessary to tell each defect in a separate installment, and rejecting for the 6th time. And moreover, no where in the companies' act, all 36 pages of passport is required for address proof of a witness to MOA. 1st and last pages of passport are sufficient proof. I agree occupation of witness should be mentioned. But it only seems an attempt to harass applicants.

No, it is not necessary.

the documents may be witnessed by teh Professional i.e. CA/ CS/ CWA/ Notary/ Advocate or any Gudgeted Office/ Councellor or any reputer person who has some say in eyes of law.
