you can appear for finals in nov 2010 if u pass pcc before nov 2010. there is no restriction as such......
the rule regarding appearing for Final relates to the completion of 3 years of articleship. thr isnt any minumum duration as such, to be kept between PCC & Final.
It was the case with Pe2 students. As the articleship started only upon passing the pe2 exam.
