This time ICAI set up a really "good" and conceptual paper of Accounts: esp the non traditional areas of Consolidation, Amalgamation!!!
The questions on AS were tereffic; and i am sure the names used in the Consolidation problem also added to the confusion already present in the examinee's minds.
The question having 2 questions of 8 marks each was alluring: one question easy and the other difficult.
In my centre, i didn't meet a single happy student after exams.

as per ICAI trend 1 paper is always hard in the whole exam
if this was hard then rest assured that rest of the papers wud be manageble :)
hmmmm. the real CA paper was given............... CA rocks.,............. and so the institute...........
was lengthy and bit tough
but this time ICAI didn't cover questions from AS's...as compared to previous attempts...
Hope all are able to clear it

Mutual Fund- don't remember exactly...but could be 19.....
tricky and leanthy....!!
yaar itne hard AS karke gaye.....kuch aaya hi nai + holding ka Q was damn time consuming !!
