If no required then if any rule aur section for goods movement from factory to outside weightment and return back to factory. After that final bill prepaid

As Notification 12/2017 CT & sub Rule (14) of Rule 138 : NO EWAY IS REQUIRED, Where goods are being transported upto distance of 20 KM from the place business of consignor to weighbridge, subject to conditions that movement of goods accompanied by Silvery challan (As per rule 55)
