I dont agree with you on one point. Drinking water before meal is not good for health, it may cause problem for your digestion.
Drinking water before meal is reduce your diet as your stomach is already half full with water.
i know about this and in last month i lose 5kg by using this idea
Well guys i do have an altogether diff view. i drink almost 10-12 waters of glass a day since long time. and on the contrary, my weight has increased. So besides water, u also need to have a control on ur diet.
