Dear Team

one of dealer weighing machinesales and services, every year he was renwel stamping charges are collected

example: he was collected 500/- government fees and stamping service charges 1000/- collected including gst but my doubt was government fees applicable for gst rate so rate of tax and hsn codes please

GST shall not be applicable on Govt fee.
