No, my query is, does a photographer comes under labour(14%) or service provider (18%)? and for album printing its 12% and for video editing its 12%. How much should I as a company charge the end client and how to mention the same?

If you providing the service as a composite package then It will be considered as Mixed supply and 18% should be charged .

If you are doing only the video editing then 12% will be charged.

If you are doing only the album printing then 12 will be charged.

Portrait photography services / Advertising and related photography services / Event photography and event videography services / Specialty photography services / Restoration and retouching services of photography / Photographic & video graphics processing services / Other Photography & Videography and their processing services n.e.c. all of them have the GST rate of 18%.
