If Further. Then follow sec 194C as per Mr. Ashwin Kumar.,

You can deduct TDS after reach the value to 100000/- 

Incase any billing or Payment exceeding Rs. 30k between the year then deduct TDS.

No that reply was not meant for you. Amonst the replies to my question I had received one reply " Website Development services seperate "  .  My reply was to that as I had not understood his reply. Anyways my query is resolved now . Thanks again.
