If it is tax, then u can visit https://www.taxmann.com or www.incometaxindia.gov.in.

www.lexite.com provides the latest ammendments. also, they send daily emails with notifications, judgemets, etc

If it is VAT, then u can browse www.tnvat.gov.in.  If it is Income Tax, then u can click
www.incometaxtn.gov.in
