I do airconditiong job [supply & installation with material]
what new wct rate i should impose to my client for installation with material?
My current way of billing is MVAT 8% on 100% value & Service Tax 12.36% on 33% value.
Is it correct or do i need to change, pls guide ?
If you can separate value of goods and value of service, service tax @ 12.36% on value of such service. If such separation is not possible and the charge is composite, then 40% of the total amount charged is the value of serice.
