What is rate of WCT TDS under Mahavat.
What is the other procedured to be followed for complying with other provision of MVAT relating to WCT.

WCT TDS is 2% in case of Registered Dealer and 4% in case of URD
Other provisions would be to file the return in FORM 233 in case if the dealer is a works contractor
You need to Issue TDS certificate,maintain monthly register & file yearly return
