Dear All,,can you share me regarding below matter. I am working in an Engineering company,, our company basically depend on Govt tender.. Specially Indian Oil Corporation Ltd..(IOCL) they have lots of Bottling Plants.. i am share with particular one problem.. We got a tender from IOCL - Tikrikalan, Delhi, Tender value was 10,62,237/-,,, for inspection, horton sphere painting & certification.. we completed properly as per their terms,,, we used local labour,, our inspection engineer,, & certificate issued by PESO recognized our competent person after all this they paid 7,66,870/- they deducted Rs 230987/- WCT rest was TDS,,, now question that ... how can i get our deducted WCT???
