Way Bill Expired material lying at Tpt.
We have despatched material from Delhi to Ludhiana through transport with valid waybill but transporter kept materials at their Delhi godown forgot to deliver material to customer. Now waybill and time limit of extend is also expired and transporter is asking me for new waybill.

Quick Summary
Generate a new eway bill. There is no other way. The transporter can also generate eway bill.
You have to generate a new e way bill
Can't generate new e way bill portal giving Error for same invoice no and also we can not delete it already time limit expire.
Ewaybill against the same invoice cannot be generated again. Only option is to raise a c/n against the existing invoice, generate a new invoice and ewaybill.
E way bill cannot be generated on the same document. You will have to change the document again
