You can't undergo two trainings simultaneously.  Hence you will have to complete your CA articleship before going for CS training.  You won't get any credit for CA training in CS training.  But you will get credit for any industrial training or job experience in your CS training.  So after completion of CA articleship you can join some concern and can claim exemption from CS training (If taken in specified sector).  However you will still have to go 3 months practical training.
