No a confirmation letter of the same is given to the principal and the student both by post ( ordinary or speed post, that I m not sure)

Yes it states the reason for leaving and also states the period for which article ship is done with the said principal

usually within a month of time........!!!!!!!!!
D reason for termination in my case is offer for a job in bank. Wat shud i send to icai ?
The reason ypou need to provide in form 109. The same will be sent as a confirmation letter that by so and so reason you have terminated articleship with the said principal
