WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I FILE INCOME TAX RETURN (ITR) ONLINE AND OFFLINE BOTH?
ONE OF MY CLIENT FILED OFFLINE ITR FOR AY2013-14 MEANS ONE YEAR AGO, AND HE DIDNT RECEIVED HIS REFUND TILL NOW, AND IF ANOTHER BELATED ITR IS FILED ONLINE, ON BEHALF OF THAT ASSESSEE THEN WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
AND THIS CAN BE A CASE IN THE SAME YEAR ALSO.!!! THEN?

Dear Anil, As per my knowledge, Manual & online is only a mode of filing. In your case, client had filed manually within due date and revising the return once again after due date for sake of refund. So dept will consider online filing as revised return & they process further for refund. |

I m not revising the return!!
bcoz i dont have details of the original return, therefore i will not be able to use them while filing second return, then in that case dept will consider my second return as belated original return not as revised belated return???
what would you say?
