am a student of ipcc cleared my group1 in may 2010. din join my articleship yet nd pursiung my grp2 exms in nov 2010. i hav an idea of joining big 4. cud anyone guide me on wich firm i shud try for? wich is too strict nd wich wud be OK? can i go through some reccomendation? hw abt kpmg and deloitte?

Getting into any of the Big 4 is good for your future at the international level.
You don't get into the specifics like PwC,E&Y, Del,KPMG. Just get into any one.
The most important aspect with the Big4 is the area in which you are put into.
But remember this, " The most important aspect of articleship is to get overall experience on the practical aspect of CA and not only one area".
Agree with ADR... its not matter which firm it is.
it is of the area which you are into? Stat/external audit or tax or other? please plan your future where do you want to be....practice? or Job (then job in industry or MNC's or Big 4's or BPO's).
if you are not interested in practice then stat audit will be a good profile
