Dear Shubham Maheshwari, i have written the answer to Q.2b with reference to the provisions of Sec.408 of Companies Act,1956
However, i did not give section reference in the answer (as the question had asked to write w.r.t. Companies Act,2013)
And i could not write Q.4c relating to tariff & Advisory properly.
Frankly speaking i could mange to write only worth 84 marks as i found that the time given was insufficent to write proper answers as per their expectations.
84 marks... Wow well done !!!
Here i hardly managed 2 cross 70 marks.

Dear srujankumar,
I too sincerely hope for an exemption and genuinely believe that i deserve it after putting in so much efforts for the past 6 attempts
However, based on my past experience , that possibility seems quite bleak
That is the main purpose for writing this article

Does anyone seen the length of answers in theoretical subjects... especially in law and audit in suggested answers | ![]() |
Dear Shubham , ideally the length of our answers must not matter much if we have gien proper reference of the section, correlation of the question with the relevant section and logical conclusion.
However, based on past experience i feel that even length of answers matters for scoring good, atleast 1.5 sides are a must
