After that ..trade licence..i think and print the share certificates...the common seal of the Company and PAN Card in the name of the Company

Hi. I need to register my company. My company name is already approved. For From 18, I have provided the rent agreement, papers from owners like tax receipts, deed receipt. But still my CA is asking for Title Search Report of the corporate office. He is saying that this can be obtained with the help of a lawyer at a cost of Rs 1000. Can some body please suggest if this is really necessary? Many thanks in advance.
