1.As the hospital income is exempted u/s 80IB and when the TPA Parties pay the amount they charge professional fees u.s194J and want to know the documents to be submitted to A.O for claiming NO deduction TDS/

Make an application u/s. 197(1) for obtaining a certificate for deduction of tax at lower rate or nil rate.
