Can we file case against CA for misconduct practice / miss use of articles / Improper working environment or other else???? Please 🙏 tell because
1)My Female Friend's Principal never used to clean office. No one used to come to clean office during Covid-19 also... His office was always remain dirt.. 2)Also he never kept water tank for drinking water.... 3)His working hours were more than 9 hours.... 4)He called during lockdown for work to his article... 5)Also washroom was not attached to his office.. 6)During lockdown in work from home situation in covid he used to make work for more than 12 hours.... 7)He used to call on Sunday also as Sunday was working day
8)A very drastic point.... During Thorat and cough infection he came to office constantly for three days (later he told that he was having covid positive) which led to catch infection to his article and this led to spread this infection to her family (5 more members)... Result 2 person died(Her father and Grand mother) one (mother) is still fighting with coronavirus and three is perhaps save...
So I want to file a case against him.. please please suggest... It was very irresponsible, inhumanity, unethical, non-acceptable, harmful action taken by him.
