I have taken Vol. Reg. for GST in July 2017. But due to some unavoidable circumstances I was not able to start my business. And as the business was not running I have not filed returned of GST as well. Now I received a notice u/s 46 for filing the previous year returns.
When I start to file the returns it is asking for Late Fee which is very heavy.
Is there any way out for the waiver of Late filing fee (similar to condonation etc.)???

there is one way out. file nil return and file and request for waiver . they have waived in few cases

they are asking for money before filing of GSTR-3B.
Where the option to file "NIL RETURN" is coming there it is already blocked it is not enabled to choose yes. And the Interest and Late Fee OPTION YES is already ticked. I can't change that.
So how could I file the return without paying the return.?? Please give me information in details please.

Now how could I proceed with return without paying the late fee.?? Any Condonation or Waiver request can be made ?? My Business has never started.

The Late Fee not Applicable from July-17 to Sep-17. But., This is applicable From Oct-17 onwards.
The Oct-17th Late Fee shown in Nov-17th Return & Nov fee shown in Dec return.... It's continued to next...
Yes... No way for filing "NIL Option". But, Without other figures you can file the return. Try to file...
Also contact Your Corcle AO. May be they will helping in this regard. It's just a idea only. Not a optin.
