Waiver of Intrest in GST -April 3B

Pl. go thr. attached File. Notifications issued on 1-5-21 give relaxation on intrest rate, Due date of filing 3B for April-21, But No where any Relaxation in date of applicability of intrest. But This chart shows relaxation date of applicability of intrest on due tax. Is this table  correct ?  If ,YES, then vide which notification or Rule relaxation in date of applicability of intrest is being claimed ? 

PLEASE  CLEARIFY.  WE SHOULD PAY TAX UP TO 4-6-21  OR BEFORE 20-5-21. TO SAVE INTREST.
