The query is about the applicability of W/H Tax on Conference Calls.
The Vendor is a Non-Resident. We used his service for making conference calls. He billed us in Foreign Currency. Does this transaction would attract Withholding Tax proviso.

The services has been provided outside India, Income is not chargeable to tax in India. No TDS is applicable.
