As per the latest amendment applicable for Nov 2010 PCC... VRS cannot be claimed as an exemption u/s 10(10)(c) ... But is ther any specific cat of assessee's or condition, this clause not being applicable n they can exmptn undr this sectn?

is this applicable fr nov 2010?
hey...this exemption u/s 10(10)(c) is not available when the assessee has taken benefit of relief u/s 89 in the assessment year...
