I guess u are going through purchase sales invoice and other expenses bills.
First thing as it's physical vouching so numbers are most important things as any digital addition, alteration or replacement can cause big deal. Vouching can be done on sample or ℅ basis on turnover wise. Totals, actual posting to proper ledger accounts one should look over.
