i have problem regarding tax audit, in any purchase bill contained
hand written VAT amount , can he get credit of this amount ?

It would not matter if it hand written or is printed one. The only thing you have to verify is that the name 'Tax Invoice' is there on the Invoice & the TIN of the seller is available on the Tax Invoice. VAT amount ahud be seperately mentioned on the Tax Invoice.
