Hello,
 
Ques. 1) Can a CA (Member of ICAI) not holding Certificate of Practice intending to do Job also start his/her own proprietory consultancy not involving any attestation work?
 
Ques. 2) Can he/she print a visiting card by writing name of consultancy, initials of qualifications & mention services to be provided?
 
Ques. 3) Any permissions required to be obtd. by such a Non COP member from ICAI?
 
Example:
ABC Consultancy
CA V.J.Acharya, B.Com, LLB? OR V.J.Acharya, CA, LLB, B.Com?
Portfolio Management, Loan Consultancy, Investment advisory etc
 
Please help/guide.

1. yes he can, if employment contract permits.
2. no
3. permission required for par time cop.

Can a part time COP holder print/distribute such visiting cards as mentioned above in above example.
