One of my clients filed income tax return under ITR-1. His only source is Salary. But recently he received a Notice for non disclosure of transferring Virtual Digital Assets. For Salaried indivual where to disclose the Value of VDA in ITR Form? Please clarify.

You suppose to file ITR2 , if your client have an income by way transferring virtual Digital Asset in addition to the salary, report in ( Shedule VDA ) , ITR2 , please confirm. ( It's Capital Gains ) . Take more Opinion on this and reply accordingly .
How to report in ITR 3 VDA Assets purchased only and not sell during the fy 24-25??
