I used Vinod Singhania for May 13 exams and got 44 marks...Lost Grp2 bcos of ISCA. I feel Vinod Singhania is not that much good for revising before exams especially assessment procedures. I heard of Vinod Gupta's modules...Should I buy them for Nov 13 exams or continue with Singhania book? Is Vinod Gupta's book equally good when compared to Singhania? Can i read it in short span of time? Is it good for revision? Pls help...Thanks in advance

Really???? Isnt Vinod Gupta Modules suitable for self study....then which book is the best for self study?
vg module is lengthy and suggestible only if u can devote 3 - 4 months of study otherwise go for tn manoharan. vg module needed atleast 2-3 hours * 60-75 days to finish first time. since u already studied singhania in my opinion study with singhania and dont take chances. next exam is just 3 month away. all the best.
Thank you Mr. Shanavas....I feel Singhania is not ideal for revision....In VG Module provisions seem to be seperate and easy for revision (Just saw content page and I dont have any idea of how the book is) .
I feel time is not a constraint. So pls suggest whether buying VG modules would help me? i really value ur suggestion. So pls suggest which is a better book in terms of book quality...Thank you in advance

vignesh, if time is not a constraint for you then go for vg module. also study latest icai case study plus rtp. from case study book ignore cases already asked in the past 2-3 attempts. study vg summary module along with main module and save time. concept wise vg module is very good. but be cautious on time. all the best.
vignesh, vg module helped me a lot to clear dt. still i refer it for clarification and doubt. so dont doubt in its worth. this book explains on how a concept and section topic develped over time. that will be very useful for your exam and career. all the best.
T N Manoharan is the best from exam point of view as well as revision.

You can also refer vinod gupta summary module for revision.
Vignesh,I would suggest you to go for Vinod Gupta.You can revise his summary module easily a day before exam.Though you may be required to arrange recent case laws from somewhere else.Further you can make notes of some important topics in your own language.Do make sure you have gone through practice manual as well.As this time also some questions were straightly picked from practice manual
