Viewing of 26AS

Official websites are not working properly, probably under maintenance 

. 

its sad you cant watch it now, sometimes on the weekends, they dont work.... im sure it will work on monday

Yes I observed many official website from private network and they, sometimes don't respond and works properly on weekdays.

No.You will never get to know form 26AS if you are overseas countries. You then have to log in to TIN web site and painfully after few days you will be able to view it. I do not understand logic behind this. The best way is to tell your friend in India to download it and send it to you. Only thing is you have to give him your password for efiling or any bank act. I think Income Tax Dept may review this policy.
