Very very urgent

Hi i am appearing for ca final exams 1st group...i forgot to write "number of answer books used" in accounts paper and i have underlined headings and writen :- after compeltion of heading in blue pen only,will it be considered to be distinguishing mark by icai??can i ask queries from icai too,who does answer the questions in icai??i am confused in icai website now as to which portion should be checked only in students sections reguarly for icai updates....
