THE SAME THING HAPPEND TO ONE OF MY CA FRIEND WHO GOT EXEMPTION IN ACCOUNTS - MAY 2012 EXAM BUT WHEN APPEARING IN NOVEMBER 2012 EXAM ADMIT SHOWING THE SUBJECT IN HIS ADMIT. WE CALLED ICAI THEY TOLD IT IS AUTOMETICALLY EXEMTED FOR NEXT 4 TERMS... DONTS KNOW ABOUT ICSI BUT IT SUPPOSE TO BE EXEMPTED CALL IN LOCAL OFFICE OF ICSI FOR MORE DETAILS

Mr Argha, Its different with CA, the Exemption is by Default, but if we see the Admit Card details written there is that If any exemption granted by ICSI then it would be mentioned on the Admit Card in the space provided there

Mr Rahul I am just shareing my experiance and as Mr Pathak says while filling form for any tearms exam we have to mention paper wise exemptions ask your friend either he filled that or not and for clear info please contac local Icsi office

Ok I will ask him & if he has mentioned that In exam form then Seems Nothing to worry But suppose its not mentioned then ? can he speak to ICSI & get things Regularised ? or will haveto appear for C Law also. ?

YES HE CAN CONTAC DIRECTLY TO NOIDA OR LOCAL OFFICE... PHONE NUMBERS YOU WILL FIND IN ICSI'S SITE

Depends on the examination form filled by him....If he has claimed exemption he wud get so...

You should inform institute that you want exemption in the subject otherwise they will assume that you dont want exemption.
