I HAVE CLEAR MY CA INTERMEDIATE GROUP-1 EXAM IN NOVEMBER 2019 BUT SSP PORTAL SHOWS MY RESULT AWAITED FOR GROUP-1. NOW I WANT TO APPLY FOR MY ARTICLESHIP BUT I AM UNABLE TO DO THAT. I RAISED SO MANY TICKETS ON SSP HELPDESK BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE AT ALL. THE LAST DATE TO APPLY FOR MY ARTICLESHIP IS JULY 31st . I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE IT WILL DIRECTLY DELAYED MY CA FINAL ATTEMPT FOR SIX MONTHS. I ALSO PUT A LOTS OF EMAILS BUT THERE WAS NO REPLY.

Sorry to hear that. I found this on the website: Helpline Telephone Numbers: 0120-3054 851, 3054 852 , 3054 853, 3054 835, 4953751, 4953752, 4953753, 4953754. Please fill up the form early to avoid any unforeseen issues. Helpdesk services will be available on all working days between 10am to 5pm.
Contact them and find out what needs to be done.
